How to Schedule
Online Booking: Please request a quote by Clicking Here . Please give us 24 hours to contact you.
Phone Scheduling: Prefer to speak with someone directly? Call our office or text us ,973- 735-1954 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you in booking your service.
Recurring Appointments: For clients interested in ongoing services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), we offer recurring appointment options and packages. Let us know your preferred schedule, and we’ll ensure your home or business is cleaned on a consistent basis.
Service Availability
Our services are available 7 days a week from 5am - 11pm.
Holiday Scheduling: Please note that our cleaning services are unavailable on major holidays. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. This allows us time to adjust our schedule and offer your spot to another client.
Rescheduling is free if done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please contact us to find an alternate date and time that works for you.
Late or Missed Appointments
We kindly ask that clients are present or provide access to the cleaning area at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access your property after 15 minutes of waiting, we reserve the right to cancel and deposit be nonrefundable.
If we are running late due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and provide an updated arrival time.
Payment
Payment is due the day of the service. Please check email for invoice sent.
We accept credit cards, and electronic payments. For recurring clients, we offer convenient auto-pay options.
Late Payment: Payments not received within 24 hours of the service date may incur a late fee of $30 EACH DAY late.
By accepting our service, you do agree to the following terms:
Terms and Conditions
Deposit:
A 50% deposit of the total estimated service cost is required to secure the booking.
Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferred if the client reschedules the service at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning.
Service Fee Adjustments:
The final payment amount may increase based on additional services required upon arrival. The client will be informed before any changes are made.
Payment Terms:
The remaining balance is due within 24 hours after service completion.
Payments not received within this time frame will incur a $30 late fee per day.
Late Payment and Legal Action:
If the balance remains unpaid for 7 days, the service provider reserves the right to take legal action.
The client will be responsible for:
a) Attorney fees.
b) The full balance of the invoice, including all accumulated late fees.Communication:
Any changes to the scheduled service must be communicated to the service provider at least 24 hours in advance.
Acknowledgment:
By using our services, the client confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.Special Requests
If you have any special cleaning requests or additional tasks (e.g., deep cleaning, inside oven, refrigerator), please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We are happy to accommodate additional services for an adjusted fee.
For specific cleaning instructions, please ensure that these are communicated to our team prior to the cleaning.
Safety and Access
For everyone's safety, please ensure that pets are properly secured and any hazardous areas are clearly marked or avoided during our visit.
If we require a key or access code to enter your property, please provide this information before your scheduled cleaning.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any areas of concern free of charge.
